Right Trade International · Dhaka, Bangladesh
A clearer path for your import & export cargo.
C&F, customs coordination and freight logistics enquiries — handled with a structured process: complete enquiry first, document checklist next, human-reviewed quotation before any commitment. Service scope is confirmed per shipment; this preview publishes no unverified capability claims.
Services
Choose the support you need
Service lines are driven by RTI_CONFIG.confirmedServices. Until the business confirms
scope, every line is marked “pending confirmation” rather than advertised as available. Door-to-door is
unpublished until confirmed.
Chips show real state: Confirmed appears only for keys listed in
confirmedServices; Pending confirmation otherwise. Nothing is hidden silently — unconfirmed lines invite a conversation, not a claim.
General process — not real-time tracking
Request → review → quotation → confirmed handling → updates → delivery
An illustrative overview of how an engagement typically progresses. Timings are never guaranteed until agreed in an approved quotation.
Request
Structured cargo, route and contact details via the quote planner or WhatsApp.
Information review
Team checks completeness and shares a document checklist for your cargo.
Quotation
Itemised, human-reviewed quotation with assumptions, exclusions and validity.
Confirmed handling
After your approval, booking and origin coordination begin per agreed scope.
Updates
Transit and clearance coordination; verified status updates on request.
Delivery
Release and delivery coordination per scope; final documents shared.
Common friction — addressed
Why shipments stall, and what this process changes
Incomplete enquiries
Missing cargo or route details cause rounds of back-and-forth. The planner collects what a quotation needs up front.
Unclear documents
Requirements vary by product and route. Checklists are prepared per cargo and verified against official sources — never guessed.
“Where is my cargo?”
Instead of a fabricated tracking screen, status requests are checked against real records and answered honestly.
Surprise costs
Quotations are itemised with assumptions, exclusions and a validity period, reviewed by a person before being sent.
Smart quote planner
Build your shipment enquiry in a few minutes
Six guided steps — cargo, route, packages, contacts — with a summary you review before submitting, and a deterministic CBM (volume) calculator built in.
- Progress preserved while moving between steps
- CBM calculator — volume only, not a freight quotation
- Summary review before anything is submitted
Where submissions go
In production, the planner hands off to the native GHL form
(RTI_CONFIG.primaryGhlFormId — pending) and the “Enquiry Received” workflow: contact → opportunity →
team notification. In this preview, submissions are simulated locally, clearly labelled, and offer real
WhatsApp/email fallbacks so no enquiry path is a dead end.
Optional AI assistant
Cargo Copilot — prepare a clearer enquiry
Describe your commodity in plain language and get a normalised description, missing-information questions and a preliminary checklist. Guidance is never an official HS code, duty or legal conclusion. Runs in local preview mode until the secured worker endpoint is tested and enabled.

Services overview
All service lines are configurable and honest about their state. Door-to-door is only published
once confirmed as an actually supported service (RTI_CONFIG.confirmedServices).
serviceAreas and confirmedServices are
currently empty in config. Ports, routes, licences and specific capabilities must be confirmed by the business
(and cross-checked against rightgroup.com.bd references — which are references to inspect, not permission to
claim) before any scope statement is published as fact.
How we support import enquiries
- Enquiry structuring — commodity, route, packages, value and Incoterm collected up front.
- Document checklist — preliminary, product/route-dependent preparation list shared per cargo.
- Coordination — communication with your supplier, nominated carrier/agent and the clearance team, as agreed.
- Clearance workflow assistance — within the verified scope of the licensed team.
- Status updates on request — verified against actual records before being sent.
What we need from you
- Commodity description (material, use, packaging)
- Origin country/city and destination in Bangladesh
- Package count, dimensions and weight (if known)
- Invoice value & currency; Incoterm (if known)
- Expected readiness date and contact preference
How we support export enquiries
- Buyer requirement capture — destination, Incoterm, packaging and labelling expectations.
- Document preparation guidance — commercial invoice, packing list, transport documents and certificates as applicable (preliminary lists, product/route-dependent).
- Booking coordination — with carriers/agents nominated or agreed for the shipment.
- Origin handling — pickup/gate-in coordination where within confirmed scope.
- Status communication — updates verified before being shared; no fabricated tracking.
Typical export enquiry details
- Commodity and its material/composition
- Destination country/city and buyer Incoterm
- Package count, dimensions, gross weight
- Expected readiness / target shipment window
- Any certificates the buyer has requested
Home / Services / Customs clearance
Scope pending confirmation — [VERIFIED_SERVICE_LIST]Customs clearance coordination
Documentation preparation and clearance-workflow coordination. Regulatory outcomes are determined by Bangladesh Customs — we prepare, submit and follow up; we never promise clearance results.
Document preparation
Preliminary, cargo-specific checklists and drafts prepared so submissions are as complete as possible before filing.
Filing coordination
Coordination of the clearance workflow by the licensed team, within the confirmed scope of engagement.
Query follow-up
When authorities request more information, we relay exactly what is needed and help you respond promptly.
Sea freight
FCL/LCL coordination via gateway ports, subject to confirmed carrier/route availability per shipment.
Air freight
Air cargo coordination for time-sensitive shipments, subject to confirmed availability and cargo-acceptance rules.
Land / inland haulage
Inland transport coordination between gateways, warehouses and delivery points, where within confirmed scope.
Home / How it works
How it works
A general process explanation — not real-time tracking and not a delivery-time promise. Each engagement’s actual steps are agreed in the approved quotation.
Request
Use the quote planner so cargo, route, packages and contact details arrive complete. Partial enquiries are routed to a “missing information” review instead of being ignored.
Information review
We review feasibility within confirmed scope and share a preliminary, cargo-specific document checklist.
Quotation
A human-reviewed quotation (itemised lines, assumptions, exclusions, validity) is sent for your approval. Nothing is auto-priced or auto-sent.
Confirmed handling
After approval: booking, pickup/gate-in and origin coordination begin per the agreed scope.
Updates
Coordination during transit and clearance. Request-based status updates, verified against actual records before being sent.
Delivery & close-out
Release and delivery coordination per scope; final documents shared and the file closed.

In production this would create a GHL contact + opportunity (Sales & Quotations pipeline), notify the team and acknowledge you by email. To reach us right now, use a real channel:
Home / Track shipment
Request-based — no live lookup, by designShipment status request
We do not expose a public live-tracking database: it could leak confidential commercial data, and GHL Custom Objects cannot currently render dynamic records inside public websites. Send a request — our team verifies the actual record and replies through your preferred channel.
What a verified status reply can cover
Illustrative stage labels only — not linked to any shipment, not a live feed and not a delivery promise. Entering a real tracking number above requests a human-verified update; it never returns these sample stages as data.

How we work
- Preparation-first: complete enquiries and document checklists before commitments are made.

5 · Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent: [RIGHTS_PROCESS].
6 · Security

Internal / client documentProject handover & implementation kit
Status levels, RTI config registry, dependencies, GHL runbook, CRM/workflow design, the optional Puter worker source, security/QA notes and an honest test report — per the KB §16 document list.
1 · Status levels
| Level (KB §17) | This build | Evidence / blocker |
|---|---|---|
| Designed | Done | Visual direction, page map, states defined (KB §4) |
| Implemented (code complete) | Done | This file: all pages, planner, tracking, copilot, docs |
| Locally tested | Partial | Static review + version pinning verified; interactive browser QA NOT run (no browser tooling in this environment) — checklist in §16 |
| GHL tested | No | Requires sub-account access; runbook ready (§6) |
| Integration tested | No | Forms/workflows/worker need real IDs + deployment authority |
| Published | No | DNS for cnf.rightgroup.com.bd not configured (proposed only) |
| Accepted | No | Owner review pending inputs in §3 |
2 · Architecture & decision log (KB §1, §5)
| Option | Verdict | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A · GHL-native site + scoped custom blocks | ✅ Default | Layer A (GHL pages/forms/CRM/workflows/Documents & Contracts) owns lead operations; Layer B snippets own presentation & UX. No extra hosting. |
| B · + separately hosted module (Puter Worker / Three.js) | ✅ Only where required | Layer C: anonymous owner-funded AI cannot live safely in a GHL block. Worker PoC prepared (§13), NOT deployed — requires owner authority + billing/abuse verification. Three.js hero deferred: no licensed compressed GLB, no perf budget; SVG scene + future licensed image/video covers the need with a static fallback. |
| C · Full standalone app (Next.js/R3F) | ❌ Rejected | Source-file example is a concept; not pasteable into GHL; duplicates CRM. KB §3 correction applied. |
Motion engine assignment (one engine per element, KB §7–8): Anime.js v4.5.0 (pinned ESM) owns the hero staged timeline only, loaded conditionally; CSS + IntersectionObserver owns scroll reveals, journey-line draw, card hover and planner step transitions. Motion (vanilla) evaluated and NOT loaded — its scroll()/inView() benefits are already covered natively without another dependency. All content is visible with JS off, CDN blocked, or reduced motion on. Sine/cosine ship bobbing in the SVG scene is an aesthetic illusion — never described as physics or live vessel data. Remotion/video: no Node tooling here → no video rendered; storyboard remains an option (§5).
3 · RTI_CONFIG registry — real values vs required inputs
| Key | Value in this build | Action |
|---|---|---|
| businessName | RIGHT TRADE INTERNATIONAL ✔ | Confirm exact trading/legal styling |
| publicPhone / whatsappNumber / officePhone / email / address | Project defaults wired to real tel:/wa.me/mailto links ✔ | Owner confirms these are public-approved |
| proposedDomain | cnf.rightgroup.com.bd | DNS + GHL domain connect required before publish |
| corporateWebsite / productWebsite | rightgroup.com.bd · righttextile.com ✔ (linked as references only) | Inspect & approve brand facts before asserting any capability from them |
| logoUrl | [USE VERIFIED OFFICIAL LOGO ASSET URL] — provisional SVG mark shown | Supply verified logo file; replace mark; record licence in §5 |
| primaryGhlFormId / trackingRequestFormId | [PENDING] → planner/tracking run in preview mode | Create GHL forms, insert IDs or embeds, switch submitAdapter |
| aiWorkerUrl | [PENDING] → copilot runs local mock, clearly labelled | Deploy §13 worker only with explicit authority; verify anonymous access + billing; then set URL |
| quoteValidityDays | [OWNER-APPROVED VALUE] | Owner + legal |
| serviceAreas[] / confirmedServices[] | Empty → all service cards show “Pending confirmation”; door-to-door unpublished | Owner populates; UI chips flip to “Confirmed” automatically |
| analyticsId | Omitted → no analytics script loads | Add only with consent/privacy copy approved |
| operatingHours | [PENDING] | Owner |
Never invented (per charter): staff inboxes, test recipients, legal terms, licences, rates, client names, testimonials, years in business, shipment counts, delivery guarantees.
4 · Dependencies (pinned — DEPENDENCIES.md equivalent)
| Dependency | Version | How loaded | Purpose / licence |
|---|---|---|---|
| @fontsource/inter (latin 400/500/600) | 5.3.0 | CDN jsDelivr, verified 2026-10-25 | Body text · OFL-1.1 |
| @fontsource/manrope (latin 600/700/800) | 5.3.0 | CDN jsDelivr, verified 2026-10-25 | Headings · OFL-1.1 |
| animejs (ESM: animate, createTimeline, stagger) | 4.5.0 | https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/+esm — dynamic import, wrapped in try/catch; hero timeline only; skipped on reduced motion | Hero reveal choreography (v4 API only — no v3 calls) · MIT |
| Motion (vanilla) | — | NOT loaded | Decision §2: native IO/CSS covers the need |
| Three.js / R3F | — | NOT loaded | Deferred until licensed compressed GLB + perf budget (§2) |
| Puter.js (browser) | — | NOT loaded | Direct browser use triggers Puter sign-in (User-Pays) — incompatible with no-login requirement; worker route instead (§13) |
| Remotion | — | No Node tooling | No video rendered or claimed (§5) |
5 · Asset manifest
| Asset | Source | Licence/status | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hero port scene (inline SVG, animated) | Hand-authored | Owned by project | Decorative, aria-hidden, 0 network cost, fixed aspect (no CLS), transform-only motion. Doubles as the “static poster fallback”. |
| Photographic hero / service imagery | Image-generation service | PENDING — service returned errors (3 attempts across builds) | Set assets.heroImageUrl to a licensed WebP/AVIF (reserve dimensions, don’t lazy-load LCP hero). Until then SVG scene ships. |
| Logo | — | PENDING verified official asset | Provisional SVG monogram in header/footer is explicitly marked; never present as the official logo. |
| Icons | Inline SVG sprite (hand-authored geometry) | Owned by project | No icon-font dependency |
| Promo video | — | NOT produced | Storyboard option only; if produced later: compressed MP4/WebM + poster, muted/playsinline, mobile data considered, licence recorded. |
6 · GHL installation runbook (GHL_INSTALLATION_GUIDE / DEPLOYMENT_GHL)
- Create pages in the GHL Website Builder per §7 (proposed slugs). Configure the native menu; primary CTA → Request a Quote page.
- Per page: add one Custom Code element containing (a) the shared
<style>block once (or site-level Custom CSS if the sub-account supports it), (b) that page’s<section class="page" …>markup only, (c) the sprite<svg>once, (d) the<script>once (IIFE +data-initializedguard make duplication safe/idempotent). Do not paste a full html/head/body document into a section element. - Links: inside GHL multi-page sites, replace
href="#/route"with real page URLs (all internal links use the#/prefix for easy find-replace). Hash routing keeps this preview fully navigable as-is. - Forms: create the Quote, Tracking-Request and Contact forms natively; map fields per §8; insert IDs into
RTI_CONFIG; switchsubmitAdapterfrom"preview"to"ghl"(embed the native form inside the planner’s final step, letting GHL own success/error states) or"webhook"(POST summary to a workflow webhook URL). Never keep a preview ack once a real route exists. - Custom Values: business name, phones, WhatsApp, email, address, hours, coverage — replace
.phspans with merge tags where supported. - Workflows: build §10 sheets; test with documented test contacts in a non-production pipeline first.
- Domain: connect
cnf.rightgroup.com.bd(DNS + GHL domain step) — until then the site stays unpublished; add canonical/og:url + JSON-LD only after DNS and fact verification. - Verify on the published/preview URL, not only inside the builder editor (KB §6 rule 12).
- Rollback: every snippet is one custom-code element — delete to roll back; native content untouched.
7 · Page matrix & CTA routing
| Route (proposed) | Purpose | Primary CTA → destination | GHL implementation |
|---|---|---|---|
| / | Value proposition + routing | Request a Quote → /request-a-quote · WhatsApp → wa.me | Website page + custom code (hero, strip, services, journey, pain-points, planner teaser, copilot teaser, FAQ, CTA) |
| /services | Configurable scope overview | Request a Quote | Page + custom code |
| /import · /export · /customs-clearance | Explain support honestly | Start enquiry / WhatsApp | Pages + custom code |
| /freight-logistics | Modes + gated door-to-door | Request logistics quote | Page + custom code (door-to-door block only when confirmed) |
| /how-it-works | Process transparency | Start enquiry | Page + custom code |
| /request-a-quote | Qualified lead capture | Submit → GHL form/webhook (pending) | Custom code planner + native form |
| /track-shipment | Request-based status | Send status request → GHL workflow | Custom code + native form; DEMO timeline kept separate |
| /resources | FAQ + CBM + official links | Open planner | Page + custom code |
| /about · /contact | Trust + contact capture | Call / WhatsApp / Email / form | Pages; native form recommended for contact |
| /privacy-policy · /terms | Legal | — | Pages; publish only after legal review |

No sensitive documents in plain form fields. If a Shipment Operations Custom Object is created later it stays internal — dynamic Custom Object display inside Websites/Funnels is not currently supported by HighLevel.
9 · Pipelines & stages (configurable labels, not transport claims)
| Pipeline | Stages |
|---|---|
| Sales & Quotations | New Enquiry → Need More Information → Qualified → Preparing Quotation → Quote Sent → Revision Requested → Approved/Won → Declined/Expired |
| Shipment Operations (only if the client uses it) | Shipment Confirmed → Documents Pending → Documents Verified → Origin Handling/Pickup → Freight In Transit → Arrived at Gateway → Customs Clearance → Released for Delivery → Out for Delivery → Delivered/Closed · plus On Hold/Exception |
10 · Workflow build sheets
| Workflow | Trigger | Actions | Failure / duplicate notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Enquiry Received | Form Submitted (quote form) | Create/update contact → create opportunity (New Enquiry) → assign owner → internal notification with summary | Email match = update, not duplicate; resubmission re-notifies |
| Buyer Acknowledgement | Same submission | Acknowledge receipt only — no turnaround promise unless owner-approved copy | Bounce → owner task; single send |
| Missing Information | Stage → Need More Information (manual) | Request specific missing fields; owner task | No reply in [FOLLOWUP_DAYS] → one reminder → owner decides expiry |
| Quote Sent | Stage → Quote Sent (manual, after attaching D&C template) | Send Documents & Contracts for signature; notify owner | Never auto-price/auto-send; manual review gate |
| Quote Signed/Completed | Event trigger: Documents & Contracts status = Signed/Completed | Stage → Approved/Won; notify owner; optionally create operations opportunity | HighLevel: workflow conditions do NOT re-evaluate on later document-status change — use the dedicated event trigger |
| Tracking Request | Form Submitted (tracking form) | Contact + tagged opportunity; acknowledge; alert operations owner | Duplicate reference within 24h → one task |
| Verified Status Update | Manual: staff writes status_note | Send customer notification containing only the verified note | Empty note → workflow stops; no automated guesses |
Plan-dependent capabilities (document-status triggers, round-robin): verify in this sub-account.
11 · Quotation template plan (Documents & Contracts)
Branded sections: header (logo pending, quote #, revision #, date) · client block · scope (direction, mode, route, cargo summary pulled from CRM fields) · itemised service lines (description, qty, unit price, amount) · currency [DEFAULT_CURRENCY] · taxes/third-party disbursements shown separately · assumptions · exclusions · validity [QUOTE_VALIDITY_DAYS] · payment terms [PAYMENT_TERMS] · approval/signature block. Rates stay blank until the business supplies verified pricing. Manual review before every send; no auto-approval.
12 · Tracking operations SOP (request-and-response)
- Request arrives → GHL task to operations owner (internal target [RESPONSE_SLA_INTERNAL] — never published as a public promise).
- Staff verify status against carrier documents, port/customs records and internal files.
- Staff write the verified update into
status_note→ workflow notifies the customer via the preferred channel. - Exceptions logged (On Hold) with reason; request closed after reply.
- A public live lookup requires: secure server-side API, per-request authorization, rate limiting, verified record source, legal sign-off. Not implemented; not faked.
13 · Puter worker PoC source — NOT DEPLOYED (KB §10)
Browser-side Puter.js is deliberately not used: on a normal
external website it requires visitor sign-in (User-Pays), which violates the no-login requirement. This worker is
the PoC path: visitors use plain fetch; AI runs server-side under the owner identity
(me.puter.ai). Owner usage/billing and anonymous-route behaviour must be verified by real test
before enabling — not assumed free. Deploy only with explicit authority:
npm install -g @heyputer/cli then puter worker deploy rti-cargo-copilot.js rti-cargo-copilot.
// rti-cargo-copilot.js — Puter Serverless Worker (owner-funded public AI endpoint)
// Public URL after deploy: https://rti-cargo-copilot.puter.work → POST /api/copilot
// Output follows the KB §10 AI schema. No secrets in any browser code.

Worker acceptance checklist (KB §10): anonymous call from published origin ☐ · owner billing/usage understood ☐ · unsupported ops & overlong payloads refused ✔ (code) · request+output schema validation ✔ · timeouts (client AbortController + platform) ✔ · rate limit ✔ (weak, per-isolate — add Turnstile) · CORS restricted ✔ (defense-in-depth only) · no secrets in HTML/JS ✔ · minimal logging ✔ · AI cannot touch CRM/prices/statuses ✔ (no such capability exists). All ☐ items require real deployment tests — not claimed as passed. Fallback if unsafe/unaffordable: copilot stays disabled (clean state already implemented) or a separately secured provider with owner-supplied key is used.
14 · Security review (SECURITY_REVIEW.md)
- Secrets: zero keys/tokens/credentials/internal URLs in this file or the worker source.
- XSS: every user-/AI-derived string is rendered via
textContent/created nodes; no innerHTML with dynamic data; AI references are allowlist-filtered client-side AND worker-side. - Prompt injection: user text is embedded as JSON-labelled untrusted data; system prompt forbids instruction-following from it;
candidate_codehard-null. - Input limits: maxlength everywhere; worker caps (600/120); rate limiting; consent required.
- Data minimisation: planner + copilot warn against entering confidential documents/banking data; copilot sends only commodity/route text.
- Private records: no public shipment lookup exists; tracking is request-and-response; CORS never treated as auth.
- Retention/subprocessors: placeholders pending legal review (Privacy §4).
15 · Accessibility · SEO · performance
- A11y: semantic landmarks, one H1 per view, skip link, visible focus rings, aria-expanded menus/accordions, role=alert errors, aria-live acks, labelled radiogroups, keyboard-operable copilot (focus trap + Escape), reduced-motion honoured via matchMedia + CSS, no color-only status (chips carry text), no auto-rotating content, touch targets ≥ 44px.
- SEO: per-route title/description applied by JS; canonical/og:url/JSON-LD deferred until DNS + verified facts (template noted in head comment). Semantic headings and clean link labels throughout.
- Perf: no always-on third-party scripts (fonts + optional pinned anime ESM only); inline SVG hero = zero LCP image request, fixed aspect = no CLS; analytics disabled by config. CWV targets (LCP ≤ 2.5s · INP ≤ 200ms · CLS ≤ 0.1) are goals — not measured yet; no compliance claimed. Run Lighthouse on the GHL preview URL after install.
16 · Test report (TEST_REPORT.md — honest)
| Test | Status |
|---|---|
Dependency pinning verified (fontsource 5.3.0; animejs 4.5.0 via jsDelivr listing; Puter worker router + me.puter.* pattern via docs.puter.com/Workers) | Run · 2026-10-25 |
| Photographic asset generation | FAILED — service error ×3; SVG fallback shipped; retry documented |
| Static code review: routing, validation branches, no dead links, no innerHTML with dynamic data, aria wiring, preview-mode honesty, config gating (services/WhatsApp/analytics) | Run (manual) |
| Browser QA: 320/375/768/1024/1440 screenshots, console, keyboard-only pass, reduced-motion toggle, slow network, blocked-CDN (anime import failure path), long text, malformed/oversized/special-char inputs, double submit | NOT RUN — no browser tooling in this environment. Execute the KB §15 checklist on a served preview before GHL install. |
| GHL: forms, workflows, D&C event triggers, editor-vs-published behavior | BLOCKED — needs sub-account access |
| Worker: anonymous route, owner billing attribution, rate limits, schema enforcement under live model | BLOCKED — needs owner deployment authority |
| Lighthouse / CWV measurement | NOT RUN — no deployment yet |

18 · Next actions & release checklist
- Owner: supply verified logo file, confirmedServices, serviceAreas, operating hours, quote validity/terms, legal-reviewed privacy/terms (§3).
- Builder: run the §16 browser QA checklist on a served preview; generate/license hero imagery; fix & record results (VISUAL_QA).
- GHL admin: create pages/forms/pipelines/workflows per §6–§10; test with test contacts; insert form IDs; flip
submitAdapter. - DNS: configure cnf.rightgroup.com.bd; publish; add canonical/og/JSON-LD with verified facts; run Lighthouse on the published URL.
- AI (optional): authorize worker deployment; verify anonymous access + owner billing + abuse controls; only then set
aiWorkerUrl. - Release gate (KB §17): all critical links/forms work · no content depends on animation · security/a11y pass · public claims owner-approved · DNS + email live · AI/tracking limitations disclosed · handover complete → then “Published”, then “Accepted”.
